We find you a minder
Let us know the dates you’ll be going away, and we’ll ask you a few questions about your dog’s details, home life, likes and dislikes.
We’ll send you a quote outlining the total cost for the dates you have requested. Once you have confirmed your dates and approved the cost, please contact us to pay your $95 matching fee.
We will search for and then suggest a person or family we believe is a good match according to the information you provided and who is also available for the dates you requested.

Meet The Minder
Complete care instructions
Pay the 50% deposit (minus the matching fee), and we’ll pass on the minder’s info and contact details. We will reserve the suggested minder for two weeks, giving you plenty of time to meet them.
Arrange a time for you and your dog to meet the minder at their home and get a sense of the type of care the minder provides. Be sure you take your dog with you so they can meet the minder’s pets (if they have any) and become familiar with the minder and their home. If the minder is not suitable, just let us know and we can arrange another one.
Print off and fill in the Pet Care Instructions form and the Sleepover Inventory form and give them to your minder when dropping off your dog. These help the minder to have a clear understanding of your dog’s specific needs and what items you have left with the minder.

Drop off your beloved woofer at the minder’s house and remember to pack their freshly washed bedding, food, toys, treats, collar (including ID and council registration tags) and leash. Have a fantastic getaway knowing that your best friend is getting the highest level of care and attention with a minder who’ll care for them as they would their own.
Touch base with the minder prior to the end of the Sleepover to confirm the best time to pick up your dog. Woofers will email you the outstanding balance of your invoice and you can pay by direct transfer or credit card over the phone.
