*”The initial matching fee” (aka Booking Fee) is deducted from your final invoice. This is not an additional cost to the Sleepover. This charge is 100% refunded if we are unable to match you with a suitable minder for the dates you requested.

**”Special Needs”. Dogs who require advanced medical care, significant human companionship, house training, or unique care or behavioural needs may need to be matched with a limited number of our minders capable of providing extra time and skills for a dog with such needs. Examples of Special Needs dogs may be; elderly and immobile, diabetic, incontinent or not house trained, anxiety disorders, boisterous or difficult to handle. Call now and speak with your Placements Coordinator to discuss your dog’s needs.

The Sleepovers service is suitable for dogs 18 weeks or older. We recommend that owners of young puppies prioritise their dog’s early education over a family vacation. If deferring a holiday is not an option and care for a young puppy is required, contact Woofers World or your Sleepover Placements Coordinator to discuss options.
